Hollywood is now in training for performance and is showing great promise as a trail and driving donkey. He has a wonderful, willing attitude and is a pleasure to work with.

Hollywood sired some very nice foals in 2011 & 2012. In 2011 he sired a true black jack out of the famous Champion Jennet, Circle C Coco Chanel. We named this jack "Circle C Burberry". At his first show, The Miniature Donkey Extravaganza Jackpot 2012, "Burberry" won "Top 3 in the 2 years and under Jack Division; then the top 3 from all classes went into the finals for the Championship. Circle C Burberry won "Reserve Champion Jackpot Jack! What a thrill this was for his new owners, L'Lil Lass Miniature Donkeys, from Airdrie, Alberta. We want to congratulate Shanna, Kim & Star on Burberrys great win. Thank you for purchasing this great little jack. In 2012 Hollywood sired 2 fancy jennet foals. One beautiful dark brown jennet is out of the Champion Jennet, Circle C Miss Desperado, a direct daughter of Desperado of Circle C. This is a show jennet for sure!

Dynasty is a dark red/brown jack. He measures 31" and is very stocky. Dynasty's dam, Circle C Jazmin, is a very well built and beautiful, brown Desperado daughter. In 2006 we had the first foals from Dynasty and they were all that we had hoped for - stocky, great "asses" (round buts and long hips), straight legs and long well shaped ears! We're excited about the future potential of Circle C Dynasty. He is small in stature but very correct and now his foals are a reality. Dynasty has an interesting pedigree which includes Future Link (sire); Desperado (grand-sire) and Little Motown (great-grand-sire). We think that breeders will appreciate this pedigree and his foals. Watch for them in the 2013 show rings!

Desperado

Dam: Circle C Jessica

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely death of this great little jack. Desperado produced many excellent foals throughout his breeding career. He is well represented by his offspring, many of which are highly valued in serious breeding programs throughout North America.

Desperado was bred in Texas. We purchased his dam, Jessica, who was the first jennet to foal at our farm. I tracked down Jessica's previous owner who told me that she had been bred to a little grey jack named"Auggie". Listening to his Texas drawl, I thought he said Ozzy. Several years later we met the breeder at a Hartman sale and he confirmed that the sires name was "Auggie". That is why Desperado's pedigree is sometimes different regarding the sire.

Little Motown

Little Motown is a distinctive black jack, well known throughout North America. Over the years, he has produced foals that are easily identifiable by their conformation, color, movement and "presence". For these reasons, Motown's genetics contribute significantly to many successful breeding programs. Donkeys sired by Motown continue to win in show rings throughout Canada and the US.

Little Motown is now living at Moonshine Meadows in Washington with Sue & Larry Myers. Motown is still breeding jennets for the Moonshine breeding program and producing excellent halter and performance donkeys.

When Dr. Susy Burnham observed Motown she stated that he moved like a true dressage horse. Little Motown has been a significant sire of influence in North America where he has produced a large number of foals throughout his lifetime. Many of his offspring were shown and consistently won Championships. Motown consistently stamps his foals with excellent conformation, big long ears, wonderful floating stride and his kind disposition. He truly is a gentleman!
